Spiro has practised as a commercial and intellectual property lawyer for over 20 years, in both large and boutique firms.

He undertakes advisory work, drafts various agreements and represents clients in dispute matters.

Spiro is recognised for his creative problem-solving abilities, clever negotiating strategies and sound commercial approach.

He has significant experience in all areas of trade mark law and leads the trade marks division of Craft Legal, known as Craft Legal Trade Marks.

Spiro has represented many of the world's most famous trade marks, as well as leading Australian businesses and start-ups.

He has extensive dispute experience, including, oppositions before IP Australia, IP infringement matters in the Federal Court and commercial matters before NCAT and the NSW Local and District Courts.

Having managed various businesses and holding a Commerce degree, he applies his understanding of business fundamentals to his clients' benefit.
